1. I stay out of India, will I be able to place an order for deliveries in India?

Payments are accepted only of cards issued by Indian Banks.


2. Do you deliver outside India?

No, we do not deliver outside India.


3. Will the courier charges remain the same throughout India?

The courier charges are calculated as per the total weight and as per the destination to be delivered. So it varies.


4. Do you accept payments via PayPal?

No, but we do accept payments using all majot Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking.


5. What if my transaction fails while making purchase online?

6. I would like to place 2 similar orders but with different addresses, can I transact one transaction?

No, you need to make two separate transactions. In the address field, the address needs to be changed.


7. What is the delivery time?

The products are prepared as and when the confirmed order is received. Orders will be sent after they are ready to be packed. Confirmed orders received after 12pm will be processed the next working day.


8. Where do you deliver in India?

We deliver to major Indian cities.


9. I wish to order Samosas online, will it be possible?

We do not accept orders online for delicate items such as Samosas, Dhokla etc. If you wish you could visit our stores and place such orders directly.


10. Are your rates higher than those mentioned in your retail outlets?

No, the prices displayed online are the same as those mentioned at our stores.


11. I wish to deliver the order for a Tuesday (a festival). By when should I place the order on your website?

Currently, we send all our orders via courier. There is no deliveries on Bank holidays since the courier does not function on those days. We recommend to place the order at least a week in advance, so that the sweets get delivered before the festival day and not after. Also look onto the other FAQs on the same page.


12. I have placed my order today (eg Independence Day) on your website, when will you process my order?

Today being a holiday, your order will be processed the next working day.


13. I have placed an order on Friday at 12 noon, when will you process my order?

Your order will be processed on Monday. If Monday happens to be a holiday, then Tuesday.


14. Today is Tuesday. Tomorrow is Christmas (a festival). I have placed an order today at 3pm. When will be the delivery be done?

Your order will be processed on Thursday. We recommend you to place the order at least a week in advance, so that the sweets get delivered before the festival day and not after.
